A fine art, limited-edition chapbook produced in Ithaca, New York by The Laueroc Press, its colophon reads:
“Boyd Hill, Tim Larkin & Ashley Miller designed & printed this book using 14 pt. Spectrum, 30 pt. Castellar, damped Ragston paper, and an F. Wesel iron handpress. Part of the publication cost was provided by a grant from the Cornell Council of the Creative & Performing Arts. The edition is limited to 100 copies, signed by the author.”
